Back to figuring out why my first 2 posts have "titles" and the more recent ones don't? I've missed an Option ? somewhere in the Posting process? So doing a Dummy Post to check the steps again...
I have managed to baffle myself. Can't find what might've allowed for the colored Titles in earler Posts... must be the cosmos telling me to take a break... okay
don't know what I was thinking when I apparently de-selected Title Field, 'cept that I obviously didn't know what it was or did at that time. I knew the answer was in there SomeWhere!
Quien sabe?! I'd have to figure how to find that part again! Oh, okay, so make me repeat my homework exercise... I'll confirm, not just give you a bs answer...
Answer: Formatting about 1/2 way down menu under Settings... right beneath "Converting Pages Breaks" (which I have yet to look up the implication of in Blog Help).
Thanks for the tutorial. I'll have to investigate this further. Your blog looks great!!!! Well, I guess you're an expert now. I'm a bit envious. I don't even have colors in mine. I'm going to have to make up for it with super creativity.
you can do a lot at the point of typing your Post. You should see the usual text options just above the posting box: font choices, text sizing, the colors, etc. Sure, it's limited, but better than nothing. I simply try to leave no stone unturned, metaphorically. Thanks so much for the encouraging compliments, Conchi! I hope your juices start flowing again soon. And I see you are growing your Followers...(just don't pay them too much)
first attempt creating a Blog, practice moving window to window, discover what functions available, playing with the aesthetics, finding things when I want to find them again!
one of these days when I'm not dealing with living in two states, taking care of my aged mother in one and tarring my roof/ prepping house to sell in the other, or learning to navigate in Facebook and Classmates to reconnect with old friends and family, or struggling with the upload of photos into albums, or the need to find a job again after two years of "personal family leave", or finding a place to live after the house sells SOON! [Everyone Visualize the SOLD Sign, please...] then, one of those days I will give you my story...
